1. Rules about Accounts
All forms of one person accessing more then one account regardless of circumstance
are punishable by closure. This is not debatable, if you
are found guilty of any of the below your account will be disabled
and removed from the game 24 hours after being disabled.

Account Sharing
This means that basically you are playing your own account but
have given someone else access to it for special occasions. This means
having someone else launch for you, or babysitting your account when you
are away for a few days or logging in and using your army to defend someone
else. If someone else has your password it is enough, they don’t
even have to use it. One player is allowed to know only one set of login
details, and those are his own.

Account Swapping
This is when you change to the account that someone else has
registered, for instance your friend in a better galaxy with a higher
score stops playing and offers you to take his account. Accepting his
offer would constitute as account swapping and warrants closure of both
accounts.

Registering Multiple Accounts
This is when one person signs up for more then one account. It doesn’t
matter if you only play one account and delete the others, as soon as
more then one account owned by the same person comes into the game both
will be closed.

Creating new accounts after
being disabled
Creating a new account after a previous account had been disabled,
but not before 24 hours had passed will also result in the new account
being disabled and removed. If you want to play again, please wait the
24 hours then creating a new account.
2. Multiple users from one location
If there are multiple users playing from one location (ex: Siblings
at home, or playing from a school or office) it is the responsibility of
ALL users in that location to ensure that the administration team has been
informed BY EMAIL EACH and
EVERY time they signup to the game that there may be others
playing from that location. Users who do not abide by this policy
may be disabled for multi'ing. It is the decision of the Administration
team if a player is allowed to play from such a location.
3. Abusing or Exploiting Bugs in the game
Using, or sharing of any bugs or other exploits in the game is expressedly
forbidden. If you do discover a bug, or learn of one from another person,
please inform the administrators IMMEDIATELY through the 'Contact an Administrator'
page in game, or via email to admin@raginguniverse.net. Any person who
does find a bug will be requested to provide full details on the bug, including
what you had done previously to encountering the bug.
NO EXPLOITS OR BUGS THAT COULD LEAD TO CHEATING SHOULD BE DISCUSSED IN
THE FORUMS.
Any players who are found to be abusing
either the game by
using
a known
or
unknown
bug
will
be deleted.
. If a user reports discovering
such a bug and ceases to use it, the Administration team will not delete
that user. If a player who has been deleted previously for abusing a
bug
does so again, then that player will be banned from the game indefinitely.
4. Administration & Moderation
Teams
The Administration and Moderation teams are active in the game for the purpose
of maintaining some form of order. Therefore, they should be treated with
respect. Do not spam, abuse or slander them or your account may be locked,
deleted or banned.
If you have a complaint about the actions of the Administration
or Moderation team member, feel free to voice it via the appropirate channels.
Excessive complaints or continual disregard of rules relating to reporting
game abuses will result in loss of privledges to areas of the game, or to
the entire game itself.
If any player who is not a member of the Administration or Moderation
teams claims to be as such, please let one of the real members know (A list
of valid Administrators and Moderators can be found on the 'Contact an Admin'
page in-game). These players will face immediate deletion for their actions.
It is the responsibility of the player to know who the Moderatation
and Administration team members are. This information can be found on the
'Contact an Admin' page within the game.
5. Termination of Accounts
The first step in the process is closure. Regardless
of the crime you will be closed first. This ensures that during the following
period you cannot attack other players and use your unfair gained advantages
against them. During the period of closure you cannot log in, you cannot attack
and cannot be attacked. Resources will continue to gather though.
Make no mistake, closure means that you have already been found guilty, this
is not an evaluation period.
Upon closure you will receive an automated mail
from the admin that has closed you, you will then have he opportunity to appeal
to this closure by replying to that mail. Depending on the outcome of your
appeal you will either be reopened or remain closed.
6. Changing of the Rules and Regulations
The administration reserves the right to change any of the above Rules and
Regulations without advance notice.
